Do you offer a warranty?Five Year Limited Warranty Sandi Cabinets Texas warrants its products by providing to the original consumer purchaser a LIMITED WARRANTY for a period of FIVE YEARS from the original date of purchase. Should any of our products fail due to defects in material or workmanship under normal use within this FIVE YEAR period, Sandi Cabinets Texas will at its own discretion repair or replace the defective part. This warranty does not cover products which are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed, improperly stored, changed, modified or are subject to extreme temperature or moisture level. This warranty is not valid for products used for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were originally intended. This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, service company or yourself. Variations in color and grain patterns are a natural characteristic of wood. Color changes may occur in the finished wood products as a result of exposure to light and other elements which are part of the aging process. These material variations and changes are not covered by this warranty.

We Will Never Share Your Personal Information Including Email Address, Phone Number, Address, or Any Additional Information Collected with Any Third Party That is Not Necessary to Fulfill Your Cabinet Order. We Only Provide Information to A Local Sales Representative (If You Request This Service), Shipping Warehouse, and Shipping Carrier as Necessary to Complete Your Order.

What is your payment policy?Sandi Cabinets Texas Accepts Multiple Forms of Payment Including, Check, Debit Card, or Credit Card. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All Credit Cards and Debit Cards are Processed Securely Through Our Standard Credit Card Processing Company. We Will Create an Invoice that Will Be Sent Directly to Your Email Address via POS. Please Note: Cabinets Orders Can Have Large Transaction Amounts that are Higher than Standard Card Limits or Flagged as Unusual Activity. For Security Purposes, You May Need to Notify Your Bank or Credit Card Company to Verify Your Purchase. Orders Will Not Be Processed Until Cleared Payment is Received.

What is your return/cancellation policy?Sandi Cabinets Texas Can Accept Returns on Current Merchandise (Not Discontinued) Within 30 Days of Original Purchase Date. Returns Are Subject to a *25% restocking fee. Customers Will Be Responsible for Arranging Return Shipping and All Return Shipping Charges. Returns Can Only Be Accepted on New, Unused, and Unopened Merchandise In Original Condition. Cabinets That Have Been Assembled Cannot Be Returned. Credit Card Processing Fees that are Collected and Retained by Credit Card Processing Companies are Non-Refundable Upon Completion of Transaction; These Fees Cannot be Reversed or Refunded.

Do I need toe kick?Most of our cabinets and vanities come with a piece of toe kick (nailing block), which is not decorative. We recommend buying toe kicks to create a uniform look across the front to hide the seams where the cabinets connect.

Can I buy just doors?Unfortunately, we do not sell doors. Select lines offer decorative end panels, which are actually doors, but they only come in widths that would fit on the sides of the cabinets.

Can I get samples of the cabinets?While we do not offer sample cabinets, we do sell samples for all of our cabinet lines.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?Orders may be changed once submitted as long as it is in timely manner. The orders is sent to one of our warehouse to be fulfilled. Our warehouses work around the clock to quickly process and ship orders. Please make sure that you triple check your order before you submit it.

Is there a restocking fee?Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee for cabinets and a 50% restocking fee for accessories.

Anticipated Shipping TimelinesFlat pack orders can be picked up same day. Assembled orders usually take 5-10 business days. Shipped orders will vary depending on the shipper.

What is your shipping policy?Sample Cabinet Sample Doors are Typically Shipped via UPS/FedEx We Will Provide You with the Shipping Details and Tracking Numbers so You Know When to Expect Your Package. For Orders, We Will Provide You With an Itemized Shipping List. Please Check That You Receive All Items. If You Are Missing Any Item or If You Notice Any Damage, Take A Picture Of Any Damage and Notify Us Immediately. Send pictures to Rep2@sandicabinet.com After You Have Accepted Delivery of Your Cabinets, You Will Need to Open All Boxes to Check for Any Hidden Damage. Please Check to Make Sure You Have All Cabinet Pieces and Make Sure Cabinet Pieces Have Not Incurred Any Damage During Shipping. If You Detect Any Damage, Please Take A Picture and Notify Us Within 3 Days So That We Can Send The Appropriate Replacement Pieces to You As Soon As Possible. Please Note: If You Do Not Check Your Shipment For Damage and Later Find Damage After This Time Period, the Manufacturer Will Not Send Replacement Pieces Since they Cannot Be Sure That Damage Occurred During Shipping. We Will Not Send A New Full Cabinet Assembly, But Will Send The Necessary Replacement Pieces Only.
