2. Return Requirements - Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. Restocking & Shipping Costs - A 30% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.

4. Required Information - To process your return, please provide:

• Receipt number
• Photos & documentation of the item
• Approval reference from our customer service team
